About the Role

The Computer Trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and interactive training in programming and computer applications. The role involves equipping students with technical knowledge, programming skills, and problem-solving abilities to enhance their employability and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training in programming languages including Java, Python, C++, and C

Teach computer fundamentals, programming concepts, data structures, and basic software development

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and practical exercises

Conduct coding sessions, assessments, and practical evaluations to monitor student progress

Guide students in developing programming logic and problem-solving skills

Support students with project work, coding assignments, and technical queries

Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and training documentation

Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of training schedules

Keep updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant concepts into training

Ensure effective classroom management and encourage interactive learning

Qualification & Experience

Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in computer training, software development, or technical instruction

Freshers with strong programming knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply

Required Skills

Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, C++, and C

Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

Knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Database concepts (SQL)

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development will be an added advantage

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to simplify technical concepts for students

Good classroom management and mentoring skills

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer app

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
