What You’ll Do

As a Shift Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - leading your team, running smooth operations, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.

You’ll:

Lead your team during shifts to deliver great food and exceptional service

Run pre-shift briefings and set clear goals for the team

Motivate, coach, and support team members to perform at their best

Uphold food safety, health, and compliance standards

Take accountability for the smooth running of your shift

Create a fun, high-energy atmosphere for both team and guests

What You’ll Bring

Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or retail
