TÜV SÜD’s Global Marketing team is seeking an experienced Website Project Manager to drive the website migration programme – a global transformation initiative to optimise our digital presence across multiple markets. In this role, you will be pivotal in steering the delivery of the website migration roadmap, shaping both strategy and execution. You will play a key role in enhancing user experience, strengthening digital performance, and enabling business growth through a scalable, enterprise platform.

This is a high-impact transformation role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, resourceful communication, and disciplined project execution within a matrixed global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Migration project management: Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-country, cross-functional website migration projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Website Experience Optimisation (WEO) project champion: Act as a project champion for the optimized platform promoting its benefits and driving awareness across the Group. Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to facilitate and improve adoption of the new platform and content framework.

Website Platform Development: Leverage expertise in content management, user experience (UX), SEO and analytics to identify improvement opportunities. Translate insights into actionable requirements that enhance engagement, conversion and business impact. Actively participate in gathering requirements, designing solutions and user testing to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Content Management & Platform Governance: Establish clear content management and platform governance frameworks, workflows and standards to ensure consistency, compliance and long term platform sustainability across markets.

Knowledge management & training: Drive adoption through structured training and communication initiatives. Empower users to effectively manage content and leverage platform capabilities. Foster a continuous improvement mindset, through feedback and process refinement.

Education and Experience:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.

5-6 years of experience in digital project or product management, ideally in enterprise environments.

Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a global or matrix organisation

Strong working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred)

Solid understanding of website experience, UX principles, SEO, and analytics-driven optimization

Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority
