As Business Manager at Transcom you will:

Build trust with the client

Be responsible for P&L that you manage

Ensure client satisfaction

Control, monitor, report on and analyse relevant KPIs

To be successful in this role you:

Have 3+ years of experience in customer service and contact center support

Possess 2+ years of experience in leading complex teams

Are experienced in BPO/contact centres

Demonstrate leadership and management skills

Are “hands on” with a “doer” approach

Are able to keep calm, work under pressure and to deadlines

Take ownership

Communicate well at all levels

Are analytical and a problem solver

Can work in a team and independently

Have English at C1 level and Spanish at B1. Either Dutch or German language skills would be a real bonus
