Accounting Intern

At BMAT Music Innovators, we help music play and pay fairly.

Our Accounting team is looking for an Accounting Intern with a practical mindset, attention to detail, and the motivation to learn the ins and outs of accounting operations.

This is a great opportunity for students in vocational training programs (CFGS/CFGM in Accounting, Finance, or similar) who want to gain real experience in an international company.

Previous experience in the music business is a plus. A strong belief that music can save the world is a must.

Responsibilities

Partner with the AR Specialist to prepare, update, and maintain the customer aging report, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

Create and track customer collection claims, logging outcomes and driving them to resolution.

Record customer payments in the ERP system and perform bank reconciliations, investigating and clearing discrepancies.

Support the Accounting team with administrative and manual tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Currently studying a Vocational Training Program (CFGM/CFGS) in Accounting, Finance, or similar.

Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.

Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work.

A team player who enjoys learning and collaborating.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
