Vacante: Coordinador corporativo.

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Coordinador Corporativo con habilidades de liderazgo, organización y enfoque a resultados para integrarse a nuestro equipo.

Responsabilidades

Coordinar y supervisar procesos administrativos y operativos.

Gestionar procesos de Recursos Humanos (reclutamiento, contratación e incidencias).

Administrar y controlar activos fijos e inventarios.

Dar seguimiento a proyectos estratégicos de la organización.

Elaborar y analizar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) y reportes ejecutivos.

Coordinar la comunicación entre las diferentes áreas de la empresa.

Supervisar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos internos.

Identificar e implementar mejoras en los procesos administrativos.

Dar seguimiento a auditorías y requerimientos de Dirección.

Requisitos

Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión Empresarial, Recursos Humanos, Contaduría o carrera afín.

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos de coordinación administrativa o corporativa.

Conocimientos en Recursos Humanos, administración de proyectos, indicadores (KPIs), activos fijos y mejora continua.

Manejo de Microsoft Excel intermedio-avanzado.

Deseable experiencia con sistemas ERP.
