As a Asc Analyst GES S2P Invoice to Pay you will drive end‑to‑end S2P operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable procurement and invoice‑to‑pay processes. This role offers regional exposure, close collaboration with global stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape process excellence across LATAM while building a strong career.

Your key responsibilities

Ensure the registration of tax documents for all DSM Firmenich units, in order to meet the deadlines of all departments.

Participate in all task rotations to ensure that all team members have complete mastery of mandatory tax tasks.

Monitor and ensure excellence in the execution of transactions within the VIM tool (registration and issuance of electronic invoices, entries, imports, among other activities);

Validation of all tax withholdings that may apply to invoices and contracts signed by DSM Firmenich business units with our service providers.

Interface/communication with tax officials from other DSM units.

You Bring

Knowledge of invoice processing (Source-to-Pay), including tax knowledge.

Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

Practical knowledge of invoice processing tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, and VIM).

A mindset focused on continuous improvement, always seeking smarter, simpler, and more efficient ways of working.

A collaborative and customer-focused approach, working effectively with stakeholders in different functions and countries.

Curiosity, resilience, and excellent communication skills to support users, solve problems, and promote alignment
