We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT positions. This

role requires strong communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and the ability to work in a

fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

Identify suitable candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and

networking.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate job offers and assist in finalizing hiring decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT recruiting preferred).

Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
