We’re looking for an exceptional Regional Manager – NSW/ACT to lead performance across our NSW and ACT dealer network. This is your opportunity to influence commercial outcomes, strengthen retailer partnerships and play a critical role in delivering Subaru’s growth ambitions in one of the brand’s most important regions.

The opportunity

This is more than a regional management role - it's an opportunity to lead Subaru's performance across NSW and ACT, partnering with Dealer Principals and retailer leadership teams to drive sales growth, customer experience outcomes and long-term network success.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will:

Drive regional sales performance, market share, profitability and customer experience outcomes.

Partner closely with Dealer Principals and retailer leadership teams to achieve business objectives.

Lead and develop a team of Business Managers and Sales Administration professionals.

Develop and execute strategic business plans with dealers to maximise performance.

Identify market opportunities and implement initiatives that drive sustainable sales growth.

Monitor retailer performance across sales, customer experience, reputation and lead management metrics.

Build strong relationships throughout the dealer network and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Implement regional sales and customer experience initiatives aligned to Subaru’s broader business strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, customer experience, network development, training, operations and people functions.

Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities, manage performance and improve outcomes.

This is a high-impact rolefor a leader who thrives on dealer relationships, influence and delivering results through others.

About you

You are an experienced sales leader who understands how to drive performance through strong partnerships, commercial discipline and effective leadership.

You will bring the credibility to partner with Dealer Principals and business leaders, the confidence to influence outcomes, and the ability to balance commercial performance with exceptional customer experience.

To be successful, you will have:

Automotive industry experience is highly desirable, including experience within dealer, OEM, distributor, franchise or automotive retail environments.

Proven sales, business development or dealer network management experience.

Experience building and managing successful relationships across dealer, franchise, distributor, channel partner or B2B network environments.

Strong leadership capability with experience leading, coaching and developing teams.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and business performance targets.

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.

High levels of energy, resilience and personal accountability.

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout NSW, ACT and interstate as required.
