Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000-70,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.

The Role:

You're the kind of person who thinks in content. You see a moment at the agency and immediately know if it's a LinkedIn post, a TikTok, or both.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Strategy, creation, production, publishing, community. All of it. This role is part of Plus Company and Cossette’s marketing and communications team. You'll build serialized formats that give senior marketers a reason to pay attention, use each platform to drive different outcomes, and know when a trend is built for us and when to pass.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll work closely with Cossette's social strategists and partner across creative, strategy, and new business to tell the Cossette story in ways that actually land.

You'll be on camera. You'll move fast. Agency experience helps.

Responsibilities.

Own Cossette’s agencies' LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, production, publishing, community management, and reporting

Concept and create original content across all three platforms as applicable, with a strong instinct for what works where and why

Build and own a content calendar, organizing production details with minimal support and managing approval processes

Build and run serialized content formats: recurring series that give people a reason to come back

Use social to drive different outcomes depending on the platform. LinkedIn moves leads and positions our thought leadership. Instagram and TikTok build brand and culture. You'll know the difference and plan accordingly.

Make the call on trends. Know when Cossette should jump in and when we're better off watching from the sideline. Have the reasoning to back it up.

Appear on camera when the content calls for it. It will call for it often.

Has an uncanny ability to convince other team members to be on camera.

Track performance and use data to sharpen what we're making. Test and learn is key.

Partner with internal teams to amplify agency work, wins, and culture

Experience driving leads on social especially on LinkedIn, is a plus

Familiarity with paid media on social platforms is also a plus.

What you bring to the table.

3+ years of social media experience, agency-side or with a brand that moves like one

A portfolio or reel that shows range: writing, video, editing, strategy. Show us the whole picture.

You shoot, edit, and post. Comfortable in Adobe Premiere or a strong mobile-first editing workflow (Ex: Capcut). After Effects is a bonus.

Confident on camera.

A genuine instinct for serialized content. You've built recurring formats before, not just one-off posts.

Deep platform fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Not just how to use them. Why they work.

Strong writing. Captions, concepts, briefs, reports. All of it has to land.

A sharp filter for trends: you know which ones are built for Cossette and which ones aren't.

Self-starter. You don't wait to be told what to post. You already have three ideas.

Organized and detail oriented.

Ad agency experience is a real advantage. You understand creative culture, client work, and the kind of storytelling that makes agencies stand out.
