Bazaarvoice is seeking a motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented Associate Engagement Manager to join our Global Services organization. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal technical teams. You will manage the post-sale implementation project, ensuring successful onboarding, high adoption rates, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems and driving business value through technology implementations, all while making customers 'deliriously’ happy. You’ll be faced with prioritizing your workload on a daily basis in order to deliver an excellent experience for all of your clients. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, have excellent multi-tasking skills, are able to make decisions quickly and ensure your projects’ optimum balance of cost, time, and quality.
