Description and Requirements
We’re excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR Partner (DACH Region) to join our team - in this role, you’ll work closely with leaders to drive people strategies, support business growth, and shape a teaming, entrepreneurial, high-performing culture across the region.
As an experienced HR Partner operating with minimal oversight, you will be a strategic advisor and change agent across the DACH markets
What you'll do
Partner with managers to build and sustain high-performing teams by attracting, developing, and engaging diverse talent
Guide leaders through organizational transformation, complex employee matters, and evolving employment landscapes in the DACH region
Lead end-to-end HR initiatives across multiple business units and countries, aligning people strategies with business priorities
Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic workforce decisions
Build and maintain constructive relationships with Works Councils, supporting negotiations and ensuring effective employee representation engagement
Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capability and support effective decision-making
Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to design and implement impactful HR programs
What you'll need
Strong experience as an HR Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within an international environment
Deep understanding of German and/or Austrian employment law and HR best practices
Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior leaders
Confidence working in fast-paced, agile settings with changing priorities
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable people strategies
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on building an environment where everyone can succeed
Fluency in English and German
