Our Talent Attraction Partners define and own all attraction strategies that align with our client's talent acquisition strategies. They focus on client fulfilment to ensure we deliver service excellence and commercial outcomes for AMS.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Manage the development, implementation, and success of complex proactive and reactive attraction strategies for the client

Drive the conversation with the client on candidate experience and lead on the consultation and implementation of improvements to their current processes

Use a data led approach, tailoring recommendations, and monitoring return on investment (ROI) to inform and develop ongoing strategies

Lead on delivering and analysing the effectiveness of client and Attraction projects in line with required objectives e.g., budgeted cost per direct hire, source mix, ROI

Deliver formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions with senior client stakeholders on Attraction and candidate experience best practice

Manage internal and external stakeholders and key strategic projects

Work closely with the Content & Production and Digital Marketing teams to provide clear brief in line with client requirements

Ensure Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) best practice is considered and evident throughout all content, copy, and assets

Skills & Requirements

Must haves

Experience managing media advertising and attraction campaigns, with the ability to develop and deliver clear, effective briefs to content, creative, and marketing teams

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, competitor activity, and recruitment metrics to inform strategy development and decision-making

Data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to analyse, and interpret recruitment data to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation

Strong communication and presentation skills

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in a matrix environment

Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, from clients, suppliers and internal teams

Proven track record in developing and implementing recruitment marketing and talent attraction strategies aligned with organisational goals and talent acquisition objectives

Experience in gathering, analysing, and interpreting recruitment data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Budget management and return on investment (ROI) experience

Previous experience in presenting recruitment marketing strategies, campaign results, and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, in a clear and compelling manner

Understanding of DEI best practice in attraction and recruitment

Nice to have

Experience of supporting talent attraction, recruitment marketing, or hiring initiatives within the India market, with an understanding of local talent trends, candidate behaviours, and attraction challenges

Experience within an RPO or outsourced recruitment environment

Knowledge of digital marketing and recruitment marketing channels

Experience with employer branding initiatives

Talent market mapping and competitor intelligence experience

Familiarity with recruitment marketing, ATS, or analytics platforms

Experience delivering workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions
