What you will do:

Lead Trading-related initiatives and continuous improvement projects around the Endur platform, aligned with Trading priorities.

Gather and analyse business requirements, facilitating workshops and translating needs into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

Plan and manage project delivery, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and resources while ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Coordinate delivery across Trading, Risk, Operations, IT, and external vendors, ensuring clear ownership and effective collaboration.

Ensure proper governance through status reporting, risk and issue management, decision tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Coordinate testing activities (SIT/UAT), support release readiness, and ensure smooth transition to operations after delivery.

What you bring & who you are:

University degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in financial services, energy trading, or similarly complex environments.

Clear and structured communicator with strong stakeholder alignment and decision-making skills.

Collaborative and trustworthy, building relationships across teams and functions.

Highly organised, analytical, and delivery-focused, with a disciplined approach to managing risks and priorities.

Comfortable handling pressure, managing multiple deadlines, and navigating ambiguity.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; German or Spanish is a plus.
