Overview
The Configurator is responsible for building and configuring client data delivery solutions within IQVIA's DaaS platform. Working closely with Technical Leads and Project Managers, this role translates business requirements into scalable data delivery configurations and supports ongoing production operations.
Responsibilities
Configure and implement client solutions within the DAS platform.
Build and maintain data delivery workflows and database integrations.
Analyze requirements, scope, timelines, and technical specifications.
Support client dataset deliveries and validate configurations against established standards.
Troubleshoot delivery and production issues.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and cross-functional teams.
Participate in project discussions, status updates, and peer reviews.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in software development, data delivery, or configuration roles.
Strong understanding of database concepts and data delivery processes.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and/or Redshift.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency at B2+ level.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS, Azure, and SFTP.
GCP experience is a plus.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical data and IQVIA datasets is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile development environments.
Additional details
Availability to support EST business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
Occasional participation in off-hours production support activities.
Collaborative environment working under the guidance of Technical Leads.
