About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design for Salesforce-based capabilities supporting advanced therapy business processes.

Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose technology solutions.

Drive scoping assessments and feasibility evaluations to shape project direction and delivery outcomes.

Partner with global stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business priorities.

Ensure designs deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.

Champion security, compliance, and quality standards throughout solution design and deployment activities.

Collaborate with project, operations, and development teams to plan, review, and support deployments.

Essential Requirements

Extensive experience designing and delivering technology solutions for global, large-scale business initiatives.

Strong expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, integrations, and enterprise platform capabilities.

Proven ability to navigate complexity, adapt to change, and drive successful outcomes.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud in enterprise environments.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Bachelor's degree in a business, technology, or related discipline, with fluent English proficiency.

Desirable Requirements

Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.

Experience supporting healthcare, life sciences, or Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 52,400.00 - 97,400.00 EUR

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
