Medical Front Desk - Part-time

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a part-time Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Battle Ground location. To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location: Battle Ground (2005 W Main St, Battle Ground, WA 98604)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 4:15pm to 8:15pm Candidates must be available for a full-time training period lasting approximately 4–6 weeks at the start of employment.

Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Evening Differential after 5:30pm $3.00/hour*

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.

Experience with Epic preferred.

Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.

Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Pay Range: $17.31 - $24.24
