About the role

REDi provides debit, credit, and prepaid card fraud prevention solutions to banks and credit unions across the U.S. We are a fully remote, results oriented team that is collaborative and focused on practical solutions.

The Role

As a Fraud Risk Analyst (Cards), you are the fraud expert behind our client relationships. You write and tune the detection rules that stop card fraud, monitor performance across your assigned financial institutions, and translate fraud trends into concrete actions that protect our clients and their accountholders. This is an individual contributor role. You will not manage people, you will own outcomes for your book of institutions and serve as their trusted advisor on card fraud.

You sit at the intersection of our clients and our internal product, development, and support teams, making sure each institution gets maximum value from REDi's platform.

What You Will Do

Write, tune, and maintain fraud detection rules and strategies for each assigned client, balancing fraud loss reduction against false positives and cardholder friction

Monitor card transaction activity and alert performance across your client group, identifying emerging fraud trends and adjusting rules proactively

Own the ongoing fraud relationship for your institutions, from onboarding through regular performance reviews and day to day issue resolution

Advise clients on fraud trends, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices for account takeover, synthetic identity, chargebacks, and card skimming

Ensure SLAs are met, and escalate and coordinate resolution when they are at risk

Deliver client training on platform functionality and fraud prevention best practices

Provide clear, data driven reporting on fraud patterns, rule performance, and operational outcomes

Advocate for client needs internally, feeding fraud insights into product development and roadmap

What You Bring

5+ years in fraud analysis, fraud operations, risk, or a related client facing role in financial services, fintech, banking, or payments

Direct experience inside a bank or credit union, or serving them as a processor or vendor, so you understand how these institutions actually operate

Working knowledge of debit and credit card fraud, including account takeover, synthetic identity, chargebacks, and card skimming, plus relevant compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, AML, and KYC

Hands on experience writing or tuning fraud detection rules on a fraud platform (Falcon, Actimize, SAS, DefenseEdge, FDR, or similar)

Comfort working in data and reporting tools such as Excel, and familiarity with CRM or BI tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, SQL, or similar) is a plus

Strong communicator who can translate fraud and technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience

Location

This is a fully remote position.
