Job Description

Overview:

The Manager – Business Development, VCA is responsible for pipeline development and delivery oversight to key FI and Fintech clients at Visa.

Key Responsbilities:

The individual will bring in experience of consulting delivery and client stakeholder management. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a track record of high-quality pitch developments, consulting delivery, and client management.

Problem understanding, proposal development with specific clients

Partnering with delivery teams as needed to ensure delivery quality.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Professionally qualified, with a post graduate degree in management

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of overall experience, with understanding of payments.

Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.

Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.

Excellent communication and presentations skills, written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.Experie

nce using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment.

Ideal candidate will have payments and consulting experience.
