Senior Risk Analyst

Key Accountabilities & Role Requirements:

Collates, analyses and interprets risk data to identify patterns and risks. Produces accurate, timely risk reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with established reporting standards.

Supports detailed validation checks and reporting linked to the capital model and risk repository ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established methodologies and assumptions.

Analyses risks, including climate risk, within defined frameworks covering financial and non-financial risks.

Skill & Competencies Required:

Can provide examples of data and analytics quality assurance, initiative, analytical thinking, working to agreed timelines and teamwork.

Project management support skills with track record of monitoring actions to agreed timelines.

Supports a proactive risk culture. Writes concise, well-structured reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

Holds or is studying a relevant degree or another equivalent qualification.

Holds or is studying relevant professional certifications (e.g., IRM, PRM, FRM, FIA, CERA, CFA, CII or equivalent)

Has worked in Enterprise Risk Management within Financial Services, or a technical role in general insurance.
