Job Description

We are looking for a Journeyman Electrician who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems primarily in the agricultural, commercial, and industrial industries.

Job Responsibilities

Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to plan wiring layouts

Install, replace, and repair lighting fixtures and electrical control and distribution equipment, such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels

Connect electrical power to sound and visual communication equipment, signaling devices, and heating and cooling systems

Installation of conduit systems, cabling and devices

Test completion of circuits using test equipment

Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical and electronic systems and remove and replace faulty parts

Inspect ongoing work to ensure the installation meets customer expectations and company quality standards

Qualifications and Experience

Must have a Red Seal Certified Electrical Journeyman ticket

Valid Class 5 Drivers License

Own a complete set of hand tools

Registered through ITA

At least 3 years of Journeyman experience required
