About the role
Position Summary
TheFieldwork Support Manageris responsible formanaging the execution of quantitative and qualitativehealthcaremarket research fieldwork. This role partners closely with account teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensurethatstudies arefeasible, delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. TheFieldwork Support Managerprovidesconsultative guidance, develops custom recruitment solutions, supports operational efficiency, and contributes to team development across onshore and offshore resources.
Key Responsibilities
Fieldwork & Study Execution
Manage end‑to‑end fieldwork for quantitative and qualitative studies, ensuring timelines, quotas, and quality standards are met.
Oversee healthcare research projects involving HCP and patient recruitment.
Monitor live fieldwork and recruitment pacing;identifyrisks and recommend course corrections.
Conduct feasibility assessments across study types, audiences, and methodologies.
Vendor & Financial Management
Manage relationships with sample and recruitment vendors.
Review, negotiate, and manage vendor pricing to ensure cost control.
Trackspend and support invoice-to-purchase-order reconciliation.
Consultative Partnership
Serve as a trusted fielding advisor toaccountteams and stakeholders.
Provideconsultative guidanceconcerningoptimalfielding strategies,trade‑offs, feasibility risks, and timelines.
Design and execute custom recruitment approaches for hard‑to‑reach audiences or accelerated timelines.
Team & Capability Development
Train, coach, and support junior staff and/or offshore teams.
Ensure adherence to fielding best practices, processes, and quality expectations.
MinimumQualifications
Bachelor’sdegreerequired.
Advanced Englishproficiency, both written and oral.
Minimum5yearsmarket research experience, including hands-on responsibility for managing fieldwork execution.
Experience in healthcare market research, with direct exposure to HCP and patient recruitment.
Minimumof 2yearsperforming feasibility assessments across a range of study types and target audiences.
Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.
BasicSQLproficiency, withexperiencequerying, reviewing, and validating data for feasibility analysis, recruitment tracking, or quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications
Provenexpertisein vendor management, including pricing negotiations and cost control.
Demonstrated consultative leadership, with the ability to guide account teams and stakeholdersconcerningoptimalfielding strategies, trade-offs, and risk mitigation.
Track recordof developing custom recruitment solutions for hard-to-reach audiences or aggressive timelines.
Experience training, coaching, or overseeing junior staff and/or offshore teams.
Familiarity with online survey platforms (ConfirmIT/Decipher) and digital data collection tools.
Experience creating and enforcing SOPs in a growing or evolving organization.
