About the role
Concentrix seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role requires onsite collaboration 3 to 4 days per week and offers the opportunity to work on modern web applications, customer engagement platforms, and enterprise solutions that support critical business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Node.js, Svelte, Astro, Sanity.io, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, along with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications and delivering exceptional user experiences. This individual will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing Node.js, Svelte, Astro, and Sanity.io.
Architect and implement modern frontend and backend solutions with a focus on performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
Integrate web applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and data integration solutions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions and best practices.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience across multiple platforms.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and software development best practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance engineering capabilities and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience developing applications using Node.js.
Experience building modern web applications with Svelte and Astro frameworks.
Experience managing content and digital experiences using Sanity.io CMS.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, integration, and development.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
Proficiency with Git-based source control and CI/CD practices.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing cloud-native applications in Azure.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
Experience implementing headless CMS architectures.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CRM integrations, customer portals, and digital customer experience platforms.
Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization frameworks.
Previous experience leading technical projects or mentoring development teams.

The base salary for this position is $92,250-$100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
