About the role

Job Profile:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using Angular on the front end and .NET / .NET Core on the back end.

Remain actively involved in coding, code reviews, and technical design decisions.

Define and enforce architecture standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.

Guide the team on building scalable, maintainable, and high performance solutions.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support resolution of production incidents.

Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders on technical roadmaps.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high performance team culture.

Identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning within the team.

Technical Skills

Strong hands on experience with:

o Angular (modern versions)

o .NET / .NET Core, C#

o RESTful API design and integration

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript.

Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).

Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices along with working on Gen AI technologies.

Cloud experience (Azure preferred) is a strong plus.

Ability to remain technically hands on while handling people management responsibilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
