About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders across the Americas to identify opportunities and deliver digital transformation initiatives.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, processes, and functional specifications.

Lead or coordinate project workstreams, ensuring delivery meets scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

Support implementation and adoption of Commercial, Medical, Customer Engagement, Data and Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.

Serve as the link between business users, product teams, vendors, and technical experts.

Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, testing activities, user training, and change management initiatives.

Map current and future business processes to drive simplification, automation, and standardization.

Support portfolio governance, budget tracking, executive reporting, and project status communications.

Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.

Ensure solutions comply with Novartis quality standards, security requirements, policies, and regulatory expectations.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, product delivery, or business partnering roles.

Experience supporting Commercial, Medical, Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement, or digital transformation initiatives.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and business outcomes.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior business and technical audiences.

Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments in cross-functional, multinational teams.

Desirable Requirements

Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Veeva Customer Relationship Management, Data and Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
