As a Business Planning & Analysis Manager, you will serve as a trusted finance business partner, delivering insightful analysis, strategic guidance, and decision support that drive business performance.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, strategic recommendations, and decision-making support

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to drive business performance and resource allocation

Analyze financial results, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to optimize outcomes

Develop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, and early-warning indicators to support proactive decision-making

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data while driving continuous improvements in forecast quality

Evaluate investments, projects, and business cases through robust financial analysis and profitability assessments

Streamline reporting processes and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and business value

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis within a complex organization

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions

Experience supporting strategic planning, investment evaluations, and performance management processes

Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills

Desirable Requirements

Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry, with an understanding of commercial and financial value drivers

Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, and applying advanced analytics to support business decision-making
