What You Will Do
You will:
Build and implement a clear, practical global recruitment approach that creates consistency across regions while allowing for local flexibility.
Lead and support recruitment for roles in Europe and for critical global positions, including active sourcing through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain talent pools for key profiles, especially engineers and other hard-to-find technical specialists.
Strengthen hiring capability by training and supporting People Leads and hiring managers in sourcing, outreach, interviewing and candidate experience.
Improve Radio Holland’s employer visibility by sharpening the employer value proposition, job postings, LinkedIn presence and career page content.
Use recruitment data to track performance, manage pipeline health and support forward-looking planning for critical talent needs.
Develop targeted early talent initiatives, including relationships with relevant schools, technical institutes and potential traineeship routes.

A person is successful in this role when they:
Establish a clear and consistent global recruitment approach instead of a fragmented local setup.
Reduce time-to-hire for key roles and make recruitment outcomes more predictable.
Create strong pipelines for critical technical roles, especially engineers and early talent.
Reduce reliance on external agencies by strengthening internal sourcing and recruitment capability.
Make recruitment performance visible through simple dashboards and use insights to improve the approach.
Help hiring managers and People Leads become more capable and confident in recruitment.
Position Radio Holland more clearly and attractively in the market as an employer for technical talent.

What You Bring
Required
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including active sourcing and filling hard-to-find roles.
Experience with technical, engineering, field service or specialist profiles.
Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and modern recruitment tools or ATS platforms.
Ability to improve recruitment processes, tools, templates and ways of working in a practical way.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with managers across countries and cultures.
A structured, data-informed and results-focused way of working.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Preferred
Experience with employer branding, EVP development, recruitment marketing or careers content.
Experience building talent pools, early talent pipelines, traineeships or school relationships.
Experience in an international, technical, maritime or service-driven environment.
Relevant higher education in HR, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

We do not ask candidates about current or previous salary. Selection decisions are based on role-related skills, experience, expected contribution and behaviours aligned with our values.
Salary
Between 67.000,00 EUR – 95.000,00 EUR per year and is depending on relevant skills, experience, role level and internal pay framework.
