Prepare design comps for the publishing team, ensure the handoff is organized

Partner closely with the publishing team to troubleshoot page builds and resolve issues

Perform QA checks across breakpoints to ensure responsiveness and consistency

Create and export web-ready assets (images, graphics, components)

Maintain high standards of visual polish, spacing, and alignment across pages

Identify issues on the website (layout, styling, bugs) and proactively fix them

Support designers and stakeholders by helping bring concepts into live experiences

Apply basic understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance considerations

How You’ll Work

Collaborate closely with UX designers, marketers, and the publishing team

Balance speed and precision in a fast-paced production environment

Take ownership of your work, with the autonomy to identify and fix issues independently

Learn and grow within a structured design system and web ecosystem

Nice to Have

Direct experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Exposure to QA processes for websites

Experience translating designs into production environments

Basic understanding of front-end frameworks or web performance best practices
