Major Responsibilities
Understand business needs and goals and devise sourcing strategy plans to create a pipeline of talent to meet business demands. Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies and incorporate diversity to candidate slates.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with recruitment team to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
Build relationships with potential candidates through effective networking via email, calls and social networks. Leverage online recruiting resources, CRM in-house ATS to identify, attract, present and recruit top tier talent. Influence candidates to see Generac as an Employer of Choice.
Screen potential candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc. Pre-qualify candidates and develop interview slates. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need. Generate leads through direct sourcing methods.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities. Create reports on sourcing activity and communicate any relevant market information to recruitment team.
Support with the creation of sourcing strategies for assigned business areas, identify, and assess potential candidates and supply a steady pipeline of diverse talent for key roles
Perform primary research and market analysis to understand external market trends and recommend talent acquisition strategy.
Convert passive talent by articulating a compelling story using your understanding of the business and employee value proposition.
Consistent track record using talent intelligence tools to build informed recruiting strategy.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Certification / License
None
Work Experience
2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience with corporate recruitment including a proven history of researching, identifying, and building quality talent pipelines.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Advanced level of skill with Microsoft Office; Strong communication, relationship building, multitasking and organizational skill.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
