The role
As a Data Analyst, you will analyse and deliver data insights that support business decision-making and operational outcomes. You will work with stakeholders across the business to deliver reporting, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis using the Enterprise Data Platform.
Analyse and translate business needs into data and technical requirements
Deliver PowerBI reports, dashboards and data visualisations
Provide BAU reporting and ad-hoc analysis in line with SLAs
Build relationships across data sources and datasets
Identify opportunities to improve BI processes and self-service analytics
Document metrics and promote data literacy across stakeholders
About you
You are an experienced analyst who applies strong technical skills to solve problems and deliver high-quality insights. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate data into clear, meaningful outcomes.
Experience as a Data Analyst in a data warehouse environment
Advanced SQL and Excel with exposure to Python and PowerBI
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure Databricks
Strong data visualisation and stakeholder management capability
Analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in financial services or Agile delivery (desirable)
