Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (turret and press brake)
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
Verify dimensions of products using precision measurement instruments
Report deviations from specifications to supervisors
Compute dimensions, tolerances, and lay out work pieces
Follow production schedules outlined in job orders
Fit and assemble machined metal parts and subassemblies
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
Maintain cleanliness and safety in work area
Qualifications Required
Technical diploma in CNC machining or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC operations
CNC certification preferred
Proficiency with CNC software and tools
Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
Attention to detail and precision
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable and punctual, willing to work the posted shift
