About the Role
In this leadership role, you will develop and execute a customer-focused content publishing strategy for Clinical Solutions products, ensuring high-quality delivery across electronic and print formats. You will collaborate with clinicians, manage strategic partnerships, and lead a team of Content Strategists to create engaging, impactful content that drives usage and supports business growth.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with content owners such as labels, studios, and stock agencies
Identify, develop, and close new sales and marketing initiatives leveraging these relationships
Ensure timely and accurate delivery and publication of new content, resolving operational issues as needed
Provide business intelligence including market research and consumer insights to support revenue goals
Coordinate services with domestic and international content owner relationship teams
Lead and manage a team of Content Strategists aligned to Clinical Solutions content
Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support team development
Manage budgets, schedules, reporting, and contract negotiations
Requirements
Experience developing and executing content strategies in a publishing or healthcare environment
Ability to build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Experience leading and developing small to medium-sized teams
Strong commercial awareness with experience contributing to revenue growth initiatives
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and contracts effectively
Strong analytical skills with experience using market and customer insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with clinicians
Ability to adapt plans and priorities to meet operational and service challenges
