Job Description
Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic People & Culture division on an initial 12-month maximum term contract.
This is a unique opportunity to elevate People & Culture data and analytics capability. You’ll be responsible for delivering insightful reporting, improving data quality, and developing dashboards and automated solutions that empower leaders to make informed decisions.
Working closely with stakeholders across P&C, Finance, Risk, and Technology, you’ll combine technical expertise with business acumen to unlock the value of workforce data.
You'll also make an impact by:
Delivering regular and ad hoc reporting, translating data into actionable insights
Designing, building, and enhancing dashboards and visualisations (Power BI or similar)
Improving data integrity, governance, and system outputs across P&C systems
Automating reporting processes using Excel, scripting, or analytics tools
Conducting data analysis on workforce trends, including remuneration and benefits
Supporting key people initiatives such as annual salary reviews and reward programs
Identifying data discrepancies and implement solutions to improve data quality
Contributing to system improvements, transformation initiatives, and new projects
Partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in data/reporting analytics, ideally within HR or People & Culture
Strong experience with HR systems (preferably Workday) and workforce data
Advanced Excel skills (macros highly regarded)
Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
Exposure to automation, scripting, or programming (e.g. Python (Pandas/Numpy), PowerShell)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
A natural curiosity and desire to continuously improve processes
