Qualifications

Certified Electrician 309A/442A

Above average troubleshooting skills

Familiar with computer software systems

Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC’s (software & hardware)

Knowledge of AC/DC drive systems & ability to repair/diagnose

Experience repairing electrical breakdowns of machines, including motors, heaters, instrumentations & control systems

Duties Include

Ability to troubleshoot machine failures utilizing tools such as AB PLC software, scopes, meters, drives software and machine manuals

Experience performing PM checks/repairs

Excellent safety record

Panel building & industrial machine wiring experience is a definite asset

Ensure that the work completed is recorded in a manner to ensure adequate information available for the Maintenance Supervisor

Update the computerized maintenance system by completing work orders and listing parts used

Continental schedule rotating days (8:00am – 8:00pm) and nights (8:00pm to 8:00am), every second weekend is a 3 day weekend.
