General Summary:

Job function of Project Analyst (PA) is assist with various activities including administrative tasks, internal process handling and workflow tracking.

Data Collection & Preparation

Collect data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, surveys)

Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency

Identify and resolve data quality issues (missing, duplicate, or incorrect data)

Define data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

Travel Support

Create travel plans, book flights, hotels, visa for travelers

Prepare timely expense reports Planning Spreadsheets

Create and update records in internal log of meetings and attendance Travel

Booking and Expense Reports

Memberships and Payments

Create and track workflows using internal procurement system.

Record and track invoices and payments. Follow up with accounts payable as needed Editorial Tasks

Other Administrative Tasks

Maintain and update presentation templates as needed

Update policy and other documents as needed Meeting Tracking

Create and update various spreadsheets to track project metrics Monthly reports and homepage update

Generate monthly reports for review Support other assistants and take on other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in Project analysis and/or Administration including:

ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Proactive, self-motivated, strong organizational skills

Strong team player

Experience with using SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus

Education Requirements

Bachelor's, Business Administration or equivalent experience

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

OR

Associate's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
