Job Description
The Portfolio team operates as a global, multidisciplinary group supporting Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations stakeholders across Pismo. The team is diverse in geography, background, and functional expertise, reflecting Pismo’s global footprint and multicultural environment.
The primary goal of the team is to ensure the organization is focused on the right initiatives at the right time, with clear prioritization, sequencing, and alignment to strategic business objectives. This role directly contributes by acting as the front door for new initiatives ensuring requests are properly assessed, prioritized, and resourced before execution. The Consultant Portfolio Manager plays a critical role in enabling scalability, transparency, and agility as the business continues to grow following Pismo’s integration with Visa
Responsibilities:
Analyze new project, feature, and change requests from stakeholders across the business using the end to end intake process for Portfolio assessment and planning.
Support the rollout, stabilization, and continuous improvement of the governance operating model, ensuring consistency in ways of working, forums, cadences, and decision-making processes.
Define, maintain, and reinforce roles and responsibilities through clear RACI frameworks, enabling accountability across Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop and maintain governance and change management artifacts, including playbooks, communication materials, operating model documentation, and adoption tracking.
Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement sessions to support understanding and adoption of Product Lifecycle governance, Agile/SAFe practices, and operating model standards.
Contribute to reporting and visibility by maintaining dashboards and metrics (e.g., Jira hygiene, adoption KPIs, delivery progress), supporting data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with portfolio managers, project leads, and other functional teams to align on priorities and resolve resource conflicts.
Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
Be based in Brazil
English Advanced (C1)
5 or more years of experience in program management, project management or a related role within the technology or financial services sector
Detail oriented with strong analytical approach
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams and deliver in agile environments
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with engineering and product lifecycle processes
Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in consulting or transformation roles within fintech, payments, or SaaS environments
Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks).
SAFe certification or hands-on experience supporting PI Planning and scaled agile delivery environments
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Prior experience in fintech or payments ecosystems.
