You will develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across projects and long-term strategy.

This position must be based at our operational headquarters in Turin.

What You’ll Work On

Strategic & planning

Ensure alignment and prioritization with objectives, scope, product roadmap and business goals

Develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics

Ensure alignment across projects and long-term strategy

Coordination & execution

Coordinate cross-functional teams`s activities supporting the product development programs

Manage interdependencies within and between projects

Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget

Monitoring & reporting

Track program progress, KPIs, and performance metrics

Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders

Identify issues early and implement corrective actions

Resource & operations management

Oversee operational processes and ensure efficiency

Coordinate logistics and execution activities, including prototypes allocation and delivery

Risk & stakeholder management

Identify risks and define mitigation strategies

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations

Maintain strong relationships across teams and leadership

What You Bring

A data‑driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions from metrics

Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams with a structured and pragmatic approach

Excellent communication skills—with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders and ability fostering consensus also within distributed and cross-functional teams

Strong ownership, accountability, and a forward-thinking proactive approach to problem solving

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus

Occasional travel for meetings, events, and user engagements

Bonus Points

Working knowledge of electronics development lifecycle (PCB design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing)

Familiarity with embedded systems / firmware constraints (real-time, memory, power)

Understanding of cloud architectures (APIs, microservices, IoT platforms)

Experience managing programs from concept EVT/DVT/PVT mass production EOL

Exposure to hardware ramp-up and supply chain constraints
