Job Description

Lead and manage Visa issuing clients by providing dedicated client relationship support.

Drive the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve business goals, acting as a key decision-maker and leader within Visa

Establish and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders at all levels of client organization, including executives

Identify, develop, and close business opportunities with existing and potential clients, ensuring the growth of Visa’s market share

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and providing tailored Visa solutions

Work closely with cross-functional teams within Visa to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives

Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and value, and by effectively addressing and resolving any issues or concerns

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, and leverage this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and initiatives

Proactively identify and develop opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and work with relevant stakeholders to mutually grow client and Visa business

Deliver disciplined account planning to meet and exceed identified goals and implement strategic initiatives.

Have the ability to build financial models & reports, including PV & NR KPI's, P&L review, among others.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Experienced commercial leader with strong background in payments, financial services, or fintech, and proven ability to close complex deals. 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy

Strategic and growth-oriented, capable of developing account plans, identifying revenue opportunities, and driving business outcomes.

Strong client relationship builder, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.

Technologically fluent, with understanding of digital payments, platforms, and emerging fintech trends.

Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insights into actionable strategies and business cases.

Execution-focused leader, capable of owning initiatives end-to-end and working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.

Excellent communicator, with strong executive presence and ability to deliver clear, compelling value propositions.

Regionally knowledgeable, particularly in LATAM/Mexico payments ecosystem, with bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities.

Culturally aligned, demonstrating collaboration, accountability, and passion for innovation and financial inclusion.
