Working closely with our Inside Sales team you act as a technical expert, guiding them through architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices.What You Will Be Doing:Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements.Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases.Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.Assist with deployment planning and configuration.Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security.Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.What You Bring:Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.Experience in a technical customer-facing role.Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Fluent in English.Bonus Points:Experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash) or similar technologies.Experience in observability, security analytics, or enterprise search.Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, Java, etc.).Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Additional Information - We Take Care of Our People:As a distributed company, diversity drives our identity.
