Unified Build Architectures: Design and implement modular, reusable build stages thatdefine how all code at Okta is tested, secured, and packaged. Systems Innovation: Solve deep scaling bottlenecks (e.g., Monorepo segmentation,dependency resolution) to accelerate thousands of developers. Infrastructure as Code: Own the delivery of highly available build agents and artifactregistries using Golang, Terraform, and AWS. Engineering Excellence: Champion "Build-it-once" philosophies, creating self-healingsystems that reduce operational toil and eliminate reactive support.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 6+ years in Platform or Infrastructure Engineering, specifically buildinglarge-scale CI/Build Platform. Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Golang for tooling and Terraform for infrastructureorchestration. Containerization: Mastery of Kubernetes (K8s) and container primitives for buildexecution. Scale Mindset: A proven track record of investigating distributed system failures anddelivering performant solutions at scale. Ownership: You don’t just write code; you own the reliability, cost-efficiency, andsecurity guardrails of the entire ecosystem.
