The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills to support hiring for a leading medical technology organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and key business stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent solutions, drive recruitment excellence, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with additional Italian and/or French language skills considered a strong advantage. You will bring recruitment experience across Spain, Italy, and France, preferably within the MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors, although experience from other industries will also be considered. The successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.

Conduct effective screening and assessment to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines.

Partner closely with hiring managers, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the hiring process.

Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and transparency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes.

Maintain accurate data, reporting, and recruitment systems with a high level of attention to detail.

Contribute to team SLA, KPI, and delivery objectives through effective prioritization and execution.

Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence projects, providing insight-led recommendations to support hiring decisions.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have

Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across European markets, particularly Spain, Italy, and France

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment capabilities

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Preferred to Have

Italian and/or French language skills

Background in MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or similar industries
