Meet the Team

Millennium’s Operations & Middle Office team supports critical trading and business functions across the platform, including trade processing, corporate actions, financing, cash and collateral management, and regulatory reporting. The team also oversees P&L reporting, valuations, data management, and strategic initiatives, with a strong focus on operational excellence, risk mitigation, robust controls, and compliance with global regulations. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role supporting the Operations & Middle Office team.

What You'll Do

Track headcount changes across attrition and new hires, maintaining accurate and timely reporting

Manage the Broker Issue Tracker, ensuring issues are logged, updated, and resolved in a timely manner

Prepare and deliver MIS reports, weekly updates, and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and priorities

Partner with Operations Data and Technology teams to analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights

Support and manage ad hoc projects, including process flow improvements and broader operational initiatives

Oversee desk space allocation and travel budget tracking to support team planning and resource management

Manage user permissions, shared drives, and license usage to promote efficiency, access control, and compliance

Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the team

What You Bring

Experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Proficiency in preparing clear reports, presentations, and management updates

Strong project coordination skills with the ability to drive tasks through to completion

Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders

High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to process accuracy and control

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
