About the role
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Development: Architect and build complex Workday integrations using enterprise interface tools (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, PECI, Document Transformation, and REST/SOAP APIs).
Technical Leadership: Lead technical discovery sessions, define integration strategies, and mentor junior integration developers/consultants.
System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical workflows.
Data Migration & Testing: Oversee data mapping, transformation, end-to-end unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover deployment.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main technical contact for client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and internal implementation teams.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development.
Certifications: Workday Integration Certified (Workday Studio / Core Connectors preferred).
Deep experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services, JSON, Workday Studio, and BIRT reporting.
Strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Financials modules in Workday.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client-facing communication skills.
