Quality Assurance Executive -Food Manufacturing | Fresh Graduates Welcome
About the role
We are a recruitment agency hiring on behalf of our client, an established food manufacturing company.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented QA Executive / QA Assistant to support food safety, quality assurance, documentation, and compliance activities.
Fresh graduates in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update QA documentation and records in accordance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and company requirements.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Identify and report non-conformities and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support internal and external audits, including preparation and organisation of relevant documents and records.
Work closely with Production and other departments on quality and food safety matters.
Ensure QA records and documentation are properly maintained and updated.
Perform other QA-related duties as assigned by the superior or management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 will be an added advantage.
Good attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
Able to work effectively in a team and manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
