Purpose of Position

We are looking for a Retail Designer to join us on the expansion of CASETiFY Studio globally. The Retail Designer is responsible for creating, developing, and delivering architectural and interior design solutions for retail environments. This role covers the full design process from concept development to construction documentation, while ensuring brand consistency, functional store planning, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Job Description

Create, develop, and review interior design packages, including layout plans, elevations, sections, 3D visualizations, and construction drawing for retail projects.

Develop innovative store concepts and in-store visual merchandising displays that enhance customer experience and reflect brand identity.

Support the development and maintenance of Retail Brand Guidelines to ensure consistent execution across global store expansion projects.

Continuously research design trends, materials, and innovations to enhance retail environments and keep the brand experience fresh and competitive.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial or retail architecture, interior design, or store planning.

Experience in VM fixture design, store concept development, or retail rollout projects is a strong advantage.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino3D / SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.

Good understanding of construction documentation, materials, manufacturing processes, and technical detailing.

Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Fluent in English; international working experience is an advantage.
