Auxiliar administrativo

Join us as an Administrative Assistant and help support the efficient management of raw material processes within our manufacturing operations. You will help ensure the accuracy of inventory transactions, documentation, and reporting activities while maintaining compliance with PPG Comex policies and internal procedures.

As a trusted partner to production, warehouse, and supplier teams, you will oversee the receipt and verification of invoices. You will also support raw material usage processes and help maintain accurate inventory records through Oracle and other internal systems. Your contributions will help ensure the availability of materials and the integrity of warehouse operations.

You will also create operational reports, collaborate with production personnel on material transactions and adjustments, and support inventory control activities according to established schedules. You will contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. This is an onsite position based in Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico (ZIP Code 54600). This is a temporary assignment with an anticipated duration of three months.

Main Responsibilities.

Invoice Management and Verification

Receive and review invoices for all materials delivered to the plant, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal procedures and company policies.

Supplier and Operator Coordination

Serve as the primary contact for delivery operators and suppliers, providing support and ensuring material receipt and documentation processes.

Inventory Control and System Transactions

Maintain accurate inventory records by processing material entries, transfers, adjustments, and use transactions through Oracle and other internal systems.

Production Support

Collaborate daily with production teams to ensure materials are correctly issued to production orders, supporting operational continuity and inventory accuracy.

Reporting and Data Analysis

Generate daily reports related to inventory levels, material receipts, usage, stock availability, and operational metrics to support business decision-making.

Process Compliance and Continuous Improvement

Support established inventory count schedules and ensure adherence to internal controls, procedures, and PPG Way methodologies to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications.

6+ months experience in administrative, warehouse, inventory control, supply chain support or similar roles.

Continuous improvement methodologies knowledge.

Audit experience.

Oracle/WMS knowledge desirable.
