Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and hands-on experience in bulk hiring and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.

- Handle bulk hiring for multiple positions within defined timelines.

- Prepare and post job requirements/job postings on relevant platforms.

- Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with candidates.

- Conduct or coordinate interviews and manage the selection process.

- Handle salary discussions and negotiations with selected candidates.

- Manage employee documentation and verification processes.

- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure employees understand and follow company policies.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

- Coordinate with management and different teams for HR-related requirements.

- Support employee onboarding and other day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in HR/HR Management.

- Must have hands-on experience in bulk hiring/recruitment.

- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle salary negotiation professionally.

- Good knowledge of HR documentation and employment contracts.

- Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
