About the role

Responsibilities

As part of its growth strategy and ambition to develop its local product offering, Société Générale is seeking an experienced Payments & Cash Management (PCM) Product Manager to join its local team.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

Leading the projects requiring PCM involvement to comply with SG legal obligations in front of regulators and tax authorities

Driving data analysis and performance monitoring for the PCM business line, including transaction volumes, revenues, and key business metrics

Developing a deep understanding of the local PCM market (current and prospective client priorities, market watch, regulatory watch, local specificities and evolutions)

Developing the PCM offering in tight coordination with the central product marketing teams

Providing PCM expertise on product support to sales teams when required for specific clients RFPs (both at local and global level)

Monitoring PCM products usage and reliability (follow key products KPIs and participate to local/global PCM crisis resolution efforts when required

Supporting global initiatives and report to central marketing teams

Acting as a Project Manager for those projects requiring internal development where PCM must intervene locally

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

You have bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in Economics)

You have previous field-related experience along with a complex understanding of Payments and Cash Management products as well as the regulations in place

You have prior Project Management experience

You are fluent in Polish and English

You have knowledge of Transaction Banking channels (SWIFT, SEPA, local clearing)

You have a good understanding of the current and future product needs of Corporate PCM clients

You demonstrate excellent product management, analytical, and communication skills

You can manage and document changes to policies and procedures that arise during the client on-boarding process, improving future client experience, bank’s operational flows, and local regulatory experience

You demonstrate a high level of autonomy and ownership, effectively managing day-to-day activities and priorities with minimal supervision

You have a client-centric mindset

You are a team player, open to knowledge-sharing and fostering a collaborative work environment across the organization
