Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

This role calls for a solid grasp of business processes and the ability to design solutions that address partner needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Build business application solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Work with other PTC’s workloads/areas to understand their routines and offer support when needed.

Deliver technical support.

Analyze technical architecture involving AI solutions, cloud based workloads and etc.

Understand partner needs and help them publish applications on Microsoft Marketplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform.

Solid understanding of business processes.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Strong organization and discipline to keep records on CRM up to date

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role, such as ISV/SDC partnership

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Educational Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or other related technologies.
