THE WORK:

Become part of a team developing a large open-source LLVM-based compiler project for modern C++ applications.

Solve real engineering problems, contribute production-quality code, and learn from experienced software engineers through code reviews and mentoring.

Gain hands-on experience with compilers, modern C++, Git, and collaborative open-source software development.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, initially Monday to Friday.

Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (3rd or 4th year preferred) in Computer Science, or a related field

Comfortable communicating in English

Solid C/C++ programming skills on Linux and/or Windows

Good understanding of algorithms and data structures

Strong problem-solving skills, curious and open-minded

Motivated, proactive, willing and able to learn quickly

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience or familiarity with SYCL or CUDA

Experience using version control systems such as Git and GitHub

Experience with Linux systems programming

Experience in performance debugging and optimization

Experience with the CMake build system

Experience with using CI/CD

Contribution to open-source or personal projects (GitHub portfolio)
